Returns & Exchanges

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING THE EXCHANGE SERVICE HAS A COST STARTING FROM €12.

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for size change or refund within 14 days from the date of shipment.

The specific instructions for exchange/return will be received by the customer in paper format inside the package.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN AND SIZE CHANGE:

PROCEDURE:

  1. To request the return authorization, the Customer must send a request to contact@x-line.store within 14 days of receiving the order. The email must specify the codes of the items to be returned, the order number and the desired compensation: size change, return voucher or refund.
  2. The return must be made (AT THE CUSTOMER'S CHARGE, EXCEPT SPECIAL PROMOTIONS) with any courier, or you can request a home collection from our staff starting from €7.60.
  3. The return shipping costs will in any case be charged to the customer.
  4. The return packaging MUST be the original of the outbound shipment (If you receive an envelope as packaging, you will also receive the return envelope inside it)

SIZE CHANGE:

  • For orders over €60.00 the FIRST SIZE CHANGE is FREE, the following ones will be PAID
  • It is possible to exchange only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. It is not possible to change the garment with a different item.
  • To change the size, simply place a new order cash on delivery of the product you want to receive, inserting in the notes 'CHANGE SIZE ORDER NUMBER #####'. Any difference will be paid by cash on delivery, PayPal, bank transfer, or card

REFUND:

  • Refunds will be processed as soon as the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item is completed.
  • Only the cost of the product will be refunded, EXCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS
  • For orders paid with PayPal, by bank transfer, or credit card, the amount will be returned to the original account
  • The return of the garments must be received at the X LINE STORE SRL headquarters within 14 days of receiving the product.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.

Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories (bags, hangers, clothes covers, etc.) received with the order.

All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as a single external packaging.

In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by X LINE STORE SRL, it is required to follow the same instructions above; X LINE STORE SRL reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to its warehouses.

Swimwear and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers etc.) must be tried on over your personal underwear. Returns of these items will be refused and returned to the Customer if the transparent hygienic protection label has been removed, or if the items show signs of use.

X LINE STORE SRL reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.

X LINE STORE SRL will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the return policy. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal consists in the possibility for the consumer to unilaterally decide to dissolve the contractual bond with the seller WITHIN 14 DAYS from the signing of the same, consequently obtaining a refund of the price paid.

The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal starts:

  • For goods, from the day of their receipt by the consumer
  • For services, from the day of the conclusion of the contract

If the goods have been delivered, the consumer is required to return them within 14 days starting from the day of receipt of the goods.

The reimbursement of the price paid (including shipping costs) must be made free of charge, as quickly as possible and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the seller became aware of the consumer's withdrawal exercise.
