Shipping costs are FREE in Romania for orders over €250 For orders below this amount, there is a fixed additional cost of €12.

All Customers who place an order establish a business relationship with X LINE STORE SRL and therefore agree to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses the delivery or requests a return to sender, any shipping costs charged to X LINE STORE SRL will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
Orders are shipped by X LINE STORE SRL via DHL courier, Monday through Friday between 10:00-17:30. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.
We would like to remind our new customers that X LINE STORE SRL may request PayPal to verify the transaction, including contacting the counterparty bank, before the actual charge is made to the customer's credit card. This verification may cause some delay in shipping your first order.
Orders for items already in stock are shipped on the first business day following the order placement, subject to confirmation of merchandise availability. Delivery times are generally 2-3 business days, though they may be longer depending on availability.
The credit card will be charged on the day of the order.

In all cases, X LINE STORE SRL reserves the right to postpone shipping in the event of force majeure.
Shipments within Romania and abroad are made via Express Courier by X LINE STORE SRL. As required by trade laws, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of individual items in Euro. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
X LINE STORE SRL shipments are not insured against theft and accidental damage, but insurance can be requested. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance becomes invalid.
The assortment available on X LINE STORE SRL's website reflects the exact availability of each item by size and color. The website is connected in real-time with all X LINE STORE SRL warehouses. Upon receiving an order request, the Orders department reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of purchased items, the validity of the credit card transaction, and to verify details of previous transactions made by the Customer on X LINE STORE SRL's website. In the event that ordered items are not available, or if for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled as per the Customer's request, the Orders department will promptly notify the Customer.
